Why are your prices not on the website?
Unlike many mass-produced items that can be purchased with the click of a button, each Veeh Harp is a unique work of art, painstakingly crafted by hand, with the finest materials available. It was invented with the concept of human connection at heart, which we believe is an important part of the customer experience. For pricing, please contact us via the online form.
What does my harp come with?
Your harp purchase includes one tuning hammer, one electronic tuning device, and one padded carry case. Music stand, sheet music, and string cleaning products are not included and are additional purchases.
How long does my harp take to arrive?
If your particular harp is not in stock, it will need to be ordered from the factory in Germany. Depending on availability, it may take a few weeks for the order to be filled and brought to Australia by air freight (especially due to the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic). Upon arrival, the harp receives a thorough check and initial tunings before it is delivered to the customer.
How do I read the music?
The Veeh Harp uses a new type of music notation - no prior musical knowledge is required. The harp player simply needs to follow the solid lines down the page, plucking the strings over each circle with your fingers.
Who can play the harp?
Absolutely anybody! The harp was designed especially for people with a disability, but it can by learned, played and performed by anyone who loves music, regardless of background or ability.
Where are they made?
The Veeh Harp is exclusively manufactured in Germany (Hemmersheim, in the Gülchsheim district of Franconia) with a dedicated team of craftsmen in a specially designed factory.
Do you offer other types of harps?
Harmony Harp only stocks the Veeh Harp family of instruments. There are two sizes available (standard and solo) and in three colours (pearl, honey and cherry). Occasionally there will be limited edition models that will become available from time to time. If you are after something specific, please enquire.

What is your return policy?
We do not refund or replace for change of mind. Under the Australian Consumer Law, a customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.
Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia-wide. Domestic freight will be calculated upon application.
