About Us
Harmony Harp is the official and exclusive Australian distributor and service agent of the Veeh Harp and related products. Owned and operated by the Rumsey Family, Harmony Harp works alongside their German counterparts in bringing the Veeh Harp to people in Australia. John, Sue, Andrew and Danny decided as a family that such an important instrument needed to be made available to everyone, regardless of musical background, age or ability.
How it all started
In a chance encounter on the 14th of April 2017, Andrew met three members of the Veeh family on a train travelling between Sydney and Melbourne. Andrew is a professional pianist and was visiting a friend in Melbourne before he would embark on a concert tour of the USA and Canada the following month. On his overnight train to Melbourne, he ended up sitting next to the daughter of Hermann Veeh — inventor of the Veeh Harp. On that day a beautiful friendship was born. Andrew visited the family in Germany in 2018 and bought his first harp for his brother, Danny.

Servicing
Harmony Harp is the exclusive service agent for the Veeh Harp in Australia. This includes minor repairs and upgrades, such as cleaning, restringing, replacing bridge pins and replacing plastic sheet music holders. For more comprehensive repairs, the harp needs the expert craftsmen in the Veeh Harp factory in Germany.
Warranty
Your Veeh Harp comes with a 12-month replacement warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing faults, but does not cover regular wear and tear or damages caused by improper use. Click here for more information.
Harmony Harp has the authorisation and exclusive right to distribute Hermann Veeh GmbH & Co. KG products and related services in Australia.
